Terry joined Kiefer Bonfanti in 1993.   She directs the firm’s estate and trust compliance and planning services.  With her training and experience, represented by the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP)® designations, Terry is uniquely qualified to deal with the complex issues of trust and estate administration.

Terry enjoys providing exceptional service to clients. She saved a family millions of dollars in estate taxes by amending the first decedent’s estate tax return and optimizing elections on the second estate. Terry makes sure widows and trustees understand their responsibilities as trustees and rights as beneficiaries.

Terry’s success is due to the fact that she strives to find solutions that work for each client's specific situation. She has the ability to explain complex laws in ways clients can understand. She was inspired to go into accounting because she enjoys problem solving and is good at considering multiple options when solving a problem.

When Terry is not in the office, she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors with her family in St. Louis.
